INDUSTRIAL CRATE WASHING

This process is carried out using a complex industrial crate washing system and spin-drier. Using these cutting edge devices we are able to efficiently clean and degrease even the dirtiest and most stubbornly stained storage crates and containers used in the automotive industry.

Our system is water based and works using recyclable and preconditioned solvents that are introduced to the surfaces to be cleaned via a 3-D, high-pressure spray. The solvents not only degrease the surface but also disinfect it, and are also capable of removing inorganic dirt such as lime scale or potash thanks to the high concentration of surfactants. The machine uses a closed system technology whereby cleaning liquids are spun and recycled back into the system. During the wash process it is possible to use cold water washing and immediately after a steam wash.
